Sabayon is a Linux distribution which has compatibility with partitions in NTFS/FAT32 format. Use the built-in file manager and browse to the location where the locked files are. If you can read them, move the files to another partition. This will ensure the integrity of the files won't be affected. There isn't anything to use in order to recover the files.

Unfortunately, this software doesn't have a reset option for the password and without the password you cannot recover your data even if you uninstall the program.
